Daniel P. Malito has been writing for over ten years now. He authors weekly columns for several prominent websites such as Creaky Joints and The Huffington Post. In addition, Daniel has completed his autobiography about living with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
For over 25 years now, since the age of nine, Daniel has suffered from the autoimmune illness called Rheumatoid Arthritis, or R.A. This disease affects the bones, joints, and muscles, and can take its tool on the entire body. In addition, sufferers can experience low-grade fevers and an overall fatigue and ache — it’s a horrible ailment. After a quarter of a century, Daniel’s joins have been damaged beyond repair. He currently has four prosthetic joint replacements, with more on the way in the future. Due to this life of trials and tribulations due to R.A., he decided to begin writing as a way to cope, and it blossomed into a career.
You will be able to share his life in the book So Young – A Life Lived With Rheumatoid Arthritis very soon, and in the meantime you can enjoy the articles, short stories, and news here. Also, Daniel P. Malito is working on his first novel, entitled SUPERnormal, with a hopeful release sometime in 2014! Thanks for visiting!
